4.2 Payment Terms: By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
4.3 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.

5.1 Our Content: The Yarteez platform, including its original content, features, functionality, and design elements, is owned by Yarteez and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Your Content: You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our platform. By providing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media formats.
5.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
You agree not to use the Yarteez platform:
7.1 User Contributions: The platform may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal profiles, forums, and other interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yarteez, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of New Jersey.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
